GoodRoads completed a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) assessment of 70 centerline miles of roads in 2023 and again in 2026. 99.9% of the City’s roads are asphalt. Additionally, we completed a City-wide inventory of signs, pavement markings, sidewalks, street trees, curb and gutter, and storm drains and we provided a complete, optimized pavement management report.
